PolyFAB Teknoloji A.Ş. – PolyPrintt aims to deliver all orders quickly, safely, and smoothly. The following delivery terms apply to all purchases made through www.polyprintt.com.

1. Shipping & Delivery Time

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days
• In-stock items are shipped quickly, while delivery times for custom-made products may vary
• After shipment, delivery may take 1–5 business days depending on the courier company’s workload

2. Shipping Costs

• Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping depending on campaign periods
• Applicable shipping fees are displayed in the cart during checkout
• Return and exchange shipping costs are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy

3. Shipment Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or e-mail
• You can easily track your shipment on the courier company’s website

4. Product Inspection Upon Delivery

• Please inspect your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery
• For opened, torn, or damaged packages, a delivery report must be created
• If no report is prepared, responsibility for damaged products may belong to the customer
• Our support team will gladly assist you with damaged product claims

5. Wrong or Missing Items

If your order contains:

• Wrong product
• Missing product
• Invoice errors

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Situations Where Delivery Cannot Be Made

Delivery may be delayed or impossible in cases such as:

• Inaccessibility of the customer’s address
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• High courier workload
• Force majeure conditions such as weather events, natural disasters, or public holidays

In these situations, our customer service team will contact you to help resolve the issue.

• PolyPrintt currently ships only within Turkey
• International shipping may be available upon request with special pricing
